Volunteering
Questions about becoming a volunteer and volunteer opportunities
Simply register for an account on our website, then navigate to the Volunteer Booking page. Fill this in and you will be contacted by one of our friendly administrators. Once on board you can browse available opportunities and book shifts that suit your schedule.
All volunteers are welcome, regardless of experience level!
No special skills are required for most volunteer roles. We provide training for specific positions like bar service or kitchen assistance.
Your enthusiasm and willingness to help are the most important qualities!
Yes, you can cancel your shift through the Volunteer Booking page. We ask that you give as much notice as possible so another volunteer can take the slot.
Please be considerate of our events and team when cancelling.

ECSC Trading is the charitable trading subsidiary of ECSC C.I.O. We operate the bar, kitchen, and venue facilities to generate income which maintains the pavilion and supports our community through ECSC C.I.O..
All profits are reinvested into maintaining our facilities and supporting local sports.
